If your order has shipped, it can not be cancelled.

• You can receive a full refund if cancellation is initiated within 1 hour of order placement. We aim to ship as quickly as possible after the one hour window.

Given the handmade nature of our products all returns will be eligible for exchange only. A full refund will not be provided.

• All exchanges must be coordinated with customer service. Reach out to us at info@studio-bride.com or through the website chat tool
• Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with an exchange.
• Any sample sale items are not eligible for exchange as these items are always final sale.

After receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. You will have 48 hours from the time of receipt to notify us of any errors or quality concerns.

• If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged please email us: info@studio-bride.com or use the website chat tool.
• We will provide instructions for incorrect or damaged items.
• If the item's damage is due to shipping and handling we can not guarantee a replacement. This will need to be remedied through the shipping company.
• You have the option of purchasing shipping insurance at checkout and should consider this protection for the most comprehensive coverage.

• Freshwater pearls - Naturally occurring pearls each with its own unique shape. While every effort is made to match the design pictured, variation will occur. This is the nature of organic elements. An order cannot be exchanged or returned due to pearl variance or not liking pearl shapes. Please note— style quality is always met and pearl variation will not alter the integrity of the piece.

• Pearl - Synthetic bead that resembles the color and shape of a pearl. These pearls are not natural and offer the most uniformity to the pictured design. These types of pearls are available in different shapes and sizes.

Earthy elements, such as freshwater pearls (also referred to as baroque pearls) and glass, are used in many of our styles. These are organically shaped and each piece will have variations.

All items are assembled in the USA. We source materials from all over the world to create unique and bespoke designs.

Gold plating is a layer of real gold over another base metal. The gold is chemically combined to the other metal for a durable finish. Most pieces are finished in 14K gold.
